A 9-month-old girl infected with the human immunodeficiency virus presented with a purulent scalded skin eruption that was suspected clinically to be caused by a bacterial infection. The exact aetiology could not be identified and a dermatology consultation was sought. Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome (SSSS) was subsequently diagnosed, based on the clinical picture and results of microbiological investigations, but no further causative organism was cultured in the subsequent aerobic or anaerobic blood cultures. The child's condition improved rapidly after therapy with benzyl penicillin, which was initially empirically administered before identification of the true causative organism. SSSS is typically a disease in children aged less than 5 years. It is rare in HIV-infected patients.Q:

What I am trying to do:
I am trying to convert an image from RGBA to HSV to get the best results in my task.
My approach was to create a double array with double values for each color.

But for completeness sake, here is how I did it:
